Marc
Ebersole, Chief Executive Officer. - marc@bhparking.com
In his more than 28
years with the company, his career has spanned a variety
of disciplines. Most
recently, Mr. Ebersole, 48, has been responsible for
leading the company's operations, planning, development,
expansion, and profitability in the
Atlanta
area. Mr.
Ebersole is responsible for a diverse set of
forward-looking efforts: providing guidance on B&H
Parking strategic direction, leadership for parking
solutions, focused on creating future systems that will
help expand B&H Parking’s ability to reach and
serve even greater portions of the
Atlanta
community.
Mr. Ebersole joined B&H Parking in 1978,
where he was hired to take on the challenge of operating
all the company’s accounts in
Atlanta
. He created
the Office of Strategy, whose charter was to expand
leadership of parking opportunities, explore new market
opportunities, and guide the overall strategic and
corporate development efforts of B&H Parking. Mr.
Ebersole successfully introduced and implemented the
concept of contract valet parking services to
Atlanta
restaurants, hotels, and nightclubs, virtually
eliminating the parking hassles to its clients. Mr.
Ebersole has grown B&H Parking from 5 properties to
over 35 properties in the
Atlanta
area, and with his direction, the companies gross
revenues have grown to over $4.5 million from the
$200,000.00 just a few years ago.
Mr. Ebersole is responsible for making B&H
Parking a premiere choice for many of Atlanta’s
community events including: Coca-Cola, Fernbank Museum,
Woodruff Art Center, and the Democratic National
Convention, as well as, PGA Golf Tournaments.
Possessing a rare combination of a
executive’s creative vision with the savvy and
business acumen of a CEO, Mr. Ebersole leads with
passion, drive and a commitment to excellence.
Mr. Ebersole is an
Atlanta
native and married to his wife Kelly, they have 2 boys.

Richard
Martin, General Manager. - rich@bhparking.com
Mr. Martin joined
B&H Parking in 1995. In his role as General Manager,
he shares leadership and management of B&H Parking
with Chief Executive Officer, Marc Ebersole.
This position is responsible for a broad
portfolio consisting of, designing and implementing the
integration of training, scheduling, motivating,
directing people as they work, and identifying the best
people for the valet positions of B&H Parking.
With
over twelve years experience in the valet parking
business, Mr. Martin began his career with B&H
Parking as a valet. He was quickly promoted to lot
manager at one of
Atlanta
’s busiest restaurants, and then assumed the
management responsibility over all of B&H
Parking’s valet parking operations. Mr. Martin is
responsible for overseeing every aspect of B&H
Parking involvement in parking management and plays a
key leadership role.

Tim
Smith, Senior Operating Manager - tsmith@bhparking.com
Mr. Smith has been
with B&H Parking since 1998.
In his role of being Senior Operating Manager, he
oversees development of marketing, the ongoing
operations for new strategic planning, and the increased
employment of productivity.
Mr. Smith also helps our Chief Executive Officer,
Marc Ebersole with developing reports that monitor and
compare the effectiveness of parking efforts made within
the company.
Previously,
Mr. Smith joined B&H Parking from Quick Trip, where
he was the Operational Manager for the North Atlanta
Metro Region for 6 years.
Mr. Smith had functional management
responsibility in network infrastructure, employee
services and programs, travel, all of which provide
competitive advantages to the company.

Haven, Chief Financial Officer - john@bhparking.com
Mr. Haven has been
with B&H Parking since 1994. In his role of being
the Chief Financial Officer, he oversees cost control;
manage the finances, banking, regulatory reporting and
tax functions for the company. Mr. Haven is also
responsible for inventory, customer relations,
and risk management. This
job also requires Mr. Haven to handle customer
complaints, claims, settle disputes, and resolve
conflicts. Mr.
Haven also establishes
and implements valet policies, goals, objectives, and
procedures, conferring with other staff members as
necessary.
Mr. Haven came to B&H Parking from
Mississippi
, where he was the controller for Casino Magic. This was
a role that made a significant contribution to the
overall direction, strategy, and profibiltiy of the
business. He
prepared and analyzed
monthly expenses, P&L reports, and was in charge of
the completion of monthly and annual accounts, and
provided comprehensive analysis to
ensure ledgers were accurately documented.
Managing a substantial team at B&H Parking, Mr.
Haven works closely with our Chief Executive Officer,
Marc Ebersole, to review the profit forecast, cash flow
and the analysis of the management accounts.

Christine
deSieyes, Special Events Planner / Program
Manager christine@bhparking.com.
Ms.
de Sieyes has been with B&H Parking since 2004.
With this newly acquired role, she coordinates
and plans the execution of parking services with clients
for special events.
Ms. de Sieyes also ensures that all contracted
labor services are provided with the appropriate level
of quality. This
role also requires Ms. de Sieyes to recruit, select,
train, assign, schedule, and communicate with valets the
job of special requirements that our clients request at
their events.
Ms.
de Sieyes previously worked out of
New York City
where she was the Program Manager of a prominent and
distinguished nightclub.
Her role is to ensure the stability and integrity
of all in-house events and to be the key contact for all
attendees. Ms. de Sieyes assured smooth running events
onsite by coordinating efforts with the club and
developing relationships with outside vendors.
With
over 7 years of event planning experience, Ms. de Sieyes
is enthusiastic, energetic, detail-oriented, hands-on,
seasoned professional with top-notch meeting planning
skills to manage all aspects of upscale parking events.

Kelly
Ebersole, Accounts Payable Manager kelly@bhparking.com.
Mrs. Ebersole has
been with B&H Parking since 2006.
As the wife to our President and Chief Executive
Officer, Marc Ebersole, Mrs. Ebersole is our first
in-house accountant, where she handles all aspects of
the company’s finances, including budgets, accounts
payable and receivable, payroll, and much more.
Mrs. Ebersole works closely with our Chief
Financial Officer, Mr. Haven to create financial
statements, file federal and state reports, and analyzes
B&H Parking accounting policies.
Mrs. Ebersole’s career started in the
Navy, where she was stationed at the US Naval Station,
in
Puerto Rico
. Mrs.
Ebersole held a secret clearance where her duty
assignments included ordering supply goods for all
branches of the Military stationed at the base, and all
National foreign Navies visiting port.
Mrs.
Ebersole served as a member of numerous organizations
including the American Red Cross, Space and
Naval
Warfare
System
Center
in
Charleston
,
South Carolina
(SPAWAR), in conjunction with the Department of the
Army, and the USAID for the sanctions imposed against
Rwanda
and
Sarajevo
. Mrs.
Ebersole held Top Secret Clearance in these positions.

Haven, I.T. Consultant.
Mr. Haven has been in the Information Technology
industry since 1994. He has worked with B&H
Parking on their computers, network infrastructure/security, and
telephone systems since 2000.
